We Hold Some Truths To Be Self-Evident

Title usage clarifications before we begin:  

WE: Our collective human spirit as molded by our common history. Like, ya know us, you & I.

SOME TRUTHS: As knowledge is gained, accepted truths have a way of joining the flat earth society.

SELF-EVIDENT: Sorta the ying to the yang of the above "some truths" blarney.

Yeah, I know. I often make myself stupid, too. On the other hand, I’m serious.
